Located on a remote part of the school’s campus, directly on the Nashua River, the renovations performed by Carr to this 1984 structure were extensive. Improvements included a new addition which allowed for a new lobby, restrooms, team meeting rooms, and a coach’s shop. In addition, the existing roof structure was completely removed, and replaced with a new structure that included 12 new dormers, along with a new cupola.
