Carr Enterprises is a building contracting company, founded in 1975, that provides services to all of New England as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design-Builder. We are a highly versatile open shop firm with a diverse base of institutional, corporate, residential and retail clients.
Since our inception, Carr has been providing our services to private clients, as well as assisting owners and architects with building plan evaluations for constructability, budget and schedule. The majority of our projects originate from repeat business; a significant portion of which is negotiated work.
Our expertise includes the construction of medical, health and assisted care facilities, academic work, corporate and retail fit-ups, and manufacturing and industrial facilities. Throughout our history, we have established an outstanding rapport with local suppliers, subcontractors, city building officials, financial and insurance interests, and most importantly – an impressive list of clients.
