Carr was brought on board by the owner in the capacity of Construction Manager for this 19,600 SF, $4.5 million privately funded library. Standing in the footprint of the old demolished library, the new wood framed library doubles the usable space, and features expanded facilities such as a computer learning center, a community room, and meeting rooms.
